Selected students and challenging partners
Ordinary students of Montanuniversität Leoben can apply for the education programme at the end of their bachelor's, master's or doctorate studies. One class includes 24 high-potential candidates, who are identified in a multi-stage selection procedure. The training is completed in close temporal proximity to the completion of the university studies.
The assets of the Delta Academy include the certificate from St. Gallen University, the high-calibre presenters, and involvement of leading companies as partner firms who co-finance the programme and contribute substance and projects.
Advisory Steering Committee
These leadership personalities have actively and substantially contributed to shaping the development of the Delta Academy and its substantive orientation. They make the selection of students and advise the programme.
The partner companies meet selected students of Montanuniversität at the Delta Academy who receive elite additional training as next generation managers. Together with St. Gallen University, it is one of the most prestigious business school partners of the training programme.
During the training, the students work in small groups on projects of the partner companies. This way, the companies get to know the students' problem-solving and project-management competencies.
In the setting of social evenings, the Delta Academy offers the partners the opportunity to introduce their company to the students and intensify the contact.
The partners can share in the designing of the programme as well as the expansion of the network and contribute by recommending or seconding presenters.
